Q. What do we need to provide?

A location with a kitchen, storage space in the fridge and glasses for your preferred choice of beverage such as wine/sake/beer glasses etc. We’ll take care of the rest! 

(Plates, utensils, napkins and all other kitchen accessories will be provided.)

Q. Do you offer wine/sake pairings?

We are strictly BYO at this time, however Chef will be happy to recommended bottles that may pair well with your course upon request.

Q. How long is your service?

Service will usually be approximately 2 1/2 - 3 hours. However, we can work around your needs. Just let us know a few days prior to the reservation if you prefer a quicker/ longer service.

Q. I would like to arrange a gathering of more than 10 people. 

Please contact us as we may be able to make a special arrangement. For medium sized parties, we ask that you make a reservation at least 10days in advance.

Q. Do you offer your service outside of Melbourne Metropolitan area?

Yes, please refer to our guideline below.

Within 1-24km from Richmond VIC Free of charge

25-39km A service charge of $100 

40-54km $150

55-69km $200

70-90km $250

Q. Do you have a booking policy?

Yes we do.

Please read this booking policy before making a booking.

Cancellations before 7 days of your booking will be permitted for a no cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 7 days in advance will be subject to a charge of $220 per guest.

A change in number of guests less than 72 hours prior to the reservation will incur a 50% fee for each cancelled guest.

A deposit of $300.00 will be required to secure your booking for the catering service. 

Please be advised that all reservations must be made at least 7 days prior. Medium sized parties of more than 10 people must be made 10 days prior. 

If no parking space is allocated at the premise, an additional charge for parking space of $40.00 will apply.

Please note that a surcharge of 10% applies on all Public Holidays.
